Optimise Recruitment Ltd gain Preferred Supplier Status for MCE Insurance

After recently recruiting for MCE Insurance for Internal Sales Advisors, Optimise Recruitment within a week managed to gain Preferred Supplier Status and a testimonial for their works and efforts.

I have had experience of numerous recruitment agencies over the past year but the experience that I had with Optimise recruitment made a refreshing change.

 

I felt that the service I received was personal and tailored exactly to my needs. I felt that the candidates you selected for my perusal were recommended as a direct result of the description that I had given you of the job role and working environment.

 

I found your response to my needs timely and thorough and I admire the fact that all of this service has been provided by an independent agency without the resources and finances that nationwide companies provide.

 

I spend an awful lot of time each week turning agency enquiries away but following our experience, Optimise will become one of the few agencies that I will contact should the need arise.
